QUALITY CONTROL
The key processes required by Event ISO procedures are as follows:
1 Vendor Assessment of the factory.
2 Product evaluation.
3 Detailed contacts.
4 A panel test.
5 Creation of a control file.
6 Laboratory testing.
7 Initial Factory Inspection (IFI).
8 A During Production Inspection (DPI).
9 A Final Random Inspection (FRI).
We have a specialised QC inspection team. These inspection staff visit factories to undertake factory audits (quality of factory management team, factory conditions, skill workforce, factory quality management system and compliance to ethical standards), and will also perform inspections.
However clients may, if they wish, request an independent FRI by a HOCLAS accredited inspection company such as Bureau Veritas or ITS.
